All of our rentals have at least a 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Several of the homes for rent have upgraded kitchens and baths including granite countertops, high quality cabinets, and newer flooring. Most importantly, we are very particular in keeping our homes well kept, maintained, and clean. After one tenant leaves, we usually paint all the walls and either have the carpets professionally cleaned or replaced.
